Back from FibreFest!

We had an amazing time at FibreFest 2009 last weekend and met a lot of fellow Ravelry folk, friends and Twitterers! Our new collection was given centre stage on the stand and we'll be launching it at the end of this week on the website. We've now unpacked all the markers and restocked the website with a few new goodies, including
  • Brittany Birch Needles, Crochet Hooks, DPNs, Cable Needles from £3.15 - £5.75
  • Flexible Afghan/Tunisian Hooks £3.00
  • Polymer Clay Buttons from 40p to £3.00

Atomic Knitting has been featured in four knitting magazines in the past month including The Knitter, Simply Knitting, Knit Today and Let's Knit. Our collections are selling fast and there will be a new collection launched in early September. Here's a preview of a few of the features in the magazines:

Cupcake Stitch Markers

Candy & Cupcake Stitch Markers - available today from our Stitch Marker Collections
http://www.atomicknitting.co.uk/

Our Cupcake Stitch Markers have been featured in the August 2009 issue of Simply Knitting magazine, and we've expanded our collection to include candy allsorts markers and strawberry cake with icing markers! All very cute, guaranteed calorie free and naturally, not edible as they are made from polymer clay ;-)

Thank You Simply Knitting!

Come and meet us...
Our next event will be Fibrefest 2009 on the weekend of 22nd & 23rd August 2009 at Coldharbour Mill, Working Wool Museum, Uffculme, Devon (click here to view a google map).

The Mill, currently open to the public http://www.coldharbourmill.org.uk/ , will play host to the event and will be open for tours as well as Steam Up, a unique experience where the original steam engines are fired up. The mill is a unique 200 year old processing and worsted mill and is utilising its recently restored water wheel to once again process and spin yarn for fibre producing farms, see http://www.fibreharvest.co.uk/
